Helmets listed as "12 gauge mild steel helmets" are 12 gauge cold roll mild steel tops and the sides and back are 14 gauge cold roll mild steel. with a mild steel grill

Helmets listed as "14 gauge mild steel helmets" are ALL 14 gauge cold roll mild steel (tops, sides and back) with a mild steel grill

Helmets listed as "14 gauge stainless steel helmets" are ALL 14 gauge cold roll mild steel (tops, sides and back) with a painted mild steel grill

We do not take commissions for custom work. Any "custom / one of a kind" work can be found on Ashcraft / Baker Studios.

All MILD STEEL (Cold Rolled Steel) body armor is made from 16 gauge cold roll mild steel.

All STAINLESS STEEL body armor is made from 18 gauge stainless steel We do not currently work in 16 gauge stainless steel body armor. It is your responsibility to check your organizations requirements before ordering!

Customers pay for ALL shipping and handling on ALL armor orders. A request for a price is not an order until it is paid for in full, including shipping.

Our cut faceplates are designed for breathing and for increased ability to see your opponent not live steel fighting. They may work for it.

We never do C.O.D. orders and we don't take down payments nor do we do lay-away.

We never take down / partial payments.

We will never have a lay-away program .

If you do not include size/style (or hand needed for a basket hilt), your order may take longer to ship, because we can't make your order without this information that is needed for your armor order.

We do not pad or strap helmets or any other armor. if you do not know how to do this, ask someone who lives near you to give you a hand. That way you can learn how to for yourself from someone that knows the local marshaling standards.

We use PayPal because of their long running ability to keep your information secure. They boast of a .05% possibility of a breach in security.

If we get notified that our Paypal account has been breeched, we will let you know as soon as we know. That's all we can do.

Other than what Paypal has, it's all on paper in varying locations around Tucson.

We do not share or sell your information.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns up to 60 days after receipt of product, as long as no changes or modifications have been done to the item/s. This includes holes, glue, padding etc. And as long as you email us first and ship to the address we specify. We will refund original purchase price, less all shipping. If you want the item replaced due to size issues, etc., you pay shipping to us, we'll pay shipping back.
